Salt Lake City, UT – A suspect wanted in one of the most merciless, senseless murders in this city’s history has been captured in his native Mexico. U.S. Marshals today announced the arrest of “Top 15 Most Wanted Fugitive” Miguel Mateos-Martinez near Ensenada, Mexico last Sunday evening.
Jamaica Constabulary Force and Jamaican Defense Force members made the arrest at a residence located in the Hill Run District in St. Catherine’s Parrish, Jamaica at approximately 5:30 a.m. CST. Clarke was subdued after a brief struggle and later transported to a high-security prison facility in Kingston. Clarke will be arraigned on a provisional arrest warrant there on Friday.

On the night of November 30, 2006, Aaron Lopez Garcia and three other inmates escaped from the Sunnyside, Washington city jail. While luck ran out for his escape cohorts who were tracked down and captured, Garcia’s fortune of freedom continues. However, it may soon end due to his new status a fugitive on the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted list.
