Wanted for First Degree Murder
 
On February 20th 2009, York Regional Police responded to a weapons call from a cell phone store located in Markham Ontario. Officers located a male victim on the floor with gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Bryan Valentine GARDNER is wanted Canada-wide for the murder of Daniel CHEONG.
