JDF soldier shot dead in Kingston 20
A Jamaica Defence Force Private attached to the Military Training Wing, New Castle, St. Andrew was shot and killed by gunmen at a bus stop along Washington Boulevard, Kingston 20 this morning.
Dead is 23-year-old Tursha Lambert Lee of Morgans Pass, Clarendon.
Information received by the CCN is that about 6:55 a.m., Lee was at a bus stop when he was pounced upon by a group of men armed with guns. The hoodlums opened fire hitting him several times. He died on the spot. Investigators processed the scene and the body was removed to the morgue for post mortem.
The Duhaney Park CIB is investigating.
