Woman murdered in Georges Plain, Westmoreland
A 23-year-old woman was shot and killed by unknown assailants at her home at Bamboo Walk, Georges Plain, Westmoreland this morning.
Dead is Teresa Anna Kay Wilson-McPherson.
Reports received from the CCN’s Liaison Officer for Westmoreland are that about 2:20 a.m., Mrs. Wilson-McPherson was at home when armed intruders gained entry to her house and opened gunfire at her. She died on the spot. The police were alerted, the crime scene processed and the body removed to the morgue.
The Savanna-la-Mar Police who are investigating say that residents reportedly heard explosions earlier.

i am sorry that someone would break into my cousin’s house and murder her especially with her children inside. Only a coword would commit an evil act like that. MAY HER SOUL REST IN PEACE, GOD IS WATCHING!.

A relative of the deceased openly condemned the killing calling it coldhearted and callous.
“We don’t know why she was killed, but it was certainly not a robbery because she nuh have nothing that they would want. She was a poor girl.”
