Sleuths probe teeneager’s death in Orange district, St. James
Detectives from the Montego Bay CIB have commenced an investigating into the shooting death of a 15-year-old boy at Orange district, St. James last evening.
Dead is Darren Thompson of Porto Bello in the parish.
Reports from the CCN’s Liaison Officer for the parish are that about 7:30 p.m., Thompson was sitting on a stone at Orange district when explosions were heard. The police were called and on their arrival he was found with gunshot wounds. He was taken to Cornwall Regional Hospital where he died on arrival.
Investigations continue.
