Marine police seize ganja, two men arrested
The Marine Police seized two canisters loaded with ganja weighing 220 pounds and arrested two scuba divers at the Gordon Cay in Kingston this morning.
The identities of the men are being withheld pending further investigations.
The CCN is reporting that about 12:40 a.m., the officers were carrying out coastal patrol when they observed the two canisters partially submerged in the water and retrieved them. The divers, who were also seen in the vicinity, were found with equipment used to attach canisters to the hull of boats. They were subsequently arrested.
