The suspect is wanted for the 2nd-degree murder of Samuel Augustus and the attempted murder of a second man. Mr. Gordon is also wanted in Augustowne, Jamaica for a 1993 shooting incident involving local police.

Details of Investigation
On Monday, July 5th, 1993, at approximately 3:00 a.m., a confrontation took place between Samuel Augustus DAVIS, a second male, and three other men in the parking lot located across the street from Taes International Night Club, located on Dufferin Street south of Lawrence Avenue West.

During the altercation, both Samuel Davis and the second male were shot.

The three men with whom they had the argument, left the scene. Shortly after arriving at Northwestern Hospital, Samuel Davis died from his injuries. The second male underwent surgery for gunshot wounds and eventually recovered.

Homicide investigators identified Gary Gordon, 22 years-of-age at the time of this crime, as one of the persons responsible, and a warrant for his arrest, on a charge of 2nd-degree murder, was obtained.

    Don’t let these criminals who committed crimes abroad come back to Jamaica to hide. Let them face their crimes, only then should they be repatriated. Jamaica is NOT a safe haven for criminals we have enough problems of our own.
