Man succumbs to accident injuries in Westmoreland
A 37-year-old man who was admitted in the Kingston Public Hospital after being involved in a motor vehicle accident on the Mango Hall main road, Westmoreland on Saturday, June 20 succumbed to his wounds yesterday.
Dead is Lancelot Aird of Mango Hall district, Little London in the parish.
Reports received by the CCN are that about 3:00 p.m., Aird was a passenger in a taxi which was involved in a collision with another vehicle on the Mango Hall main road. He along with the other occupants sustained injuries and were taken to the Savanna-la-mar General Hospital where they were admitted. He was later transferred to the Kingston Public Hospital where he was admitted but succumbed to his injuries about 8:30 p.m. yesterday.
The Little London Police are investigating.
