Man shot dead at Salt Lane Morant Bay

A 24-year-old man was shot dead by unknown assailant’s at Salt Lane, Morant Bay, St. Thomas yesterday.
Dead is Jermaine Miller of Seaforth district in the parish.
Reports received by the CCN are that about 5:30 p.m., residents heard explosions and called the police. Investigators who responded found Miller’s body on a dirt track with multiple gunshot wounds. The crime scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue for post mortem.
The Morant Bay Police are investigating.
